Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept your unworn items for return within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns must be postmarked within 7 business days of the delivery receipt date. We will not accept any returns after 14 days.
Kindly note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund along with shipping cost.
All items marked "FINAL SALE" are not returnable.
All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging.
We currently do not accept returns on International orders.
Some offers are Final Sale when noted; no returns, exchanges or store credit. Avantlook monitors account activity and reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Return Procedure
Email customerservice@avantlook.net and state the reason for your return. Once approved, you will then receive a UPS prepaid return shipping label via email. All merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with all tags attached in the original packaging. Please print out your invoice and put it in the box before shipping.
Once your return arrives at our facility, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.
